Returns & Exchanges Policy

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Process:

If your item is damaged or defective, email us at info@tlysta.com with your order details and photos of the damaged item. We will provide return/exchange instructions.

Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

We do not offer refunds — only exchanges or replacements for damaged/defective items.
